1. Agreement
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of Any2Quiz — the websites at any2quiz.com and a2q.app, the Android app, and related features (together, the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. The Service
Any2Quiz is a learning platform offering curated quizzes (school boards, Olympiad, competitive exams, certifications and general knowledge), AI-generated quizzes from topics, text or files you provide, Story Quests, Daily Challenges, games and multiplayer challenges. Features may change, be added or be removed at any time.
3. Accounts and guest use
- You can use much of the Service as a guest. Guest progress is stored on your device and may be lost if you clear your browser data.
- Signing in with Google lets us save your history and progress. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your Google account secure.
- Please give accurate information when you create a profile or contact us.
4. Who the service is for
The Any2Quiz Android app is for users aged 13 and over (grade 8 and above). The website also has practice quizzes for younger school students (classes 4 to 7); they can use them without an account, and should do so with a parent or teacher. If you are under 18, please use the Service with the knowledge and consent of a parent or guardian. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13; see the Privacy Policy.
5. Your content
When you upload text or files, or create quizzes, you keep ownership of your content. You give us a free, worldwide, non-exclusive permission to store, process, display and share it as needed to run the Service (for example, to generate and save your quiz, or to show a challenge to friends you share it with).
Quizzes are public. Every quiz you create is public: anyone can find, play and share it in Community, in the app and on the web, shown as made by "Anonymous" unless you choose a display name (see the Privacy Policy). This permission lasts until you delete the quiz. Private quizzes are not available at the moment.
Only upload content you have the right to use. Do not upload other people's copyrighted material, personal data or anything unlawful, and do not pick a display name that is offensive, contains contact details or pretends to be someone else.
Checks, reports and removal. We check quizzes and display names automatically before they appear in Community. Anyone can report a quiz from Community. We may keep a quiz or name out of Community, or remove it, if it breaks these Terms, and we may suspend accounts that do so repeatedly. To report something urgent, email any2quiz@gmail.com.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- break the law, or harass, threaten or impersonate anyone;
- upload malware, spam, or hateful, obscene or harmful content;
- scrape, copy or resell quiz banks or other parts of the Service in bulk;
- try to break, overload or get around the security, rate limits or scoring of the Service;
- manipulate leaderboards, streaks or challenges with bots or multiple accounts.
We may remove content or suspend access that breaks these rules.
7. AI-generated content and accuracy
Some questions, explanations and stories are created or checked with AI tools. We work to keep them accurate, but mistakes can happen. Use the "report" option on a question or card to flag errors.
Any2Quiz is a practice and revision aid. It is not an official exam body and is not affiliated with CBSE, ICSE, NTA, UPSC, TAFE NSW or any other board or institution unless clearly stated. Content marked "Beta" — including health, nursing and finance topics — is for learning only and is not medical, legal or financial advice. Always check with official sources and qualified professionals.
8. Free service
Any2Quiz is currently free to use. Coins and other rewards in games are virtual: they are earned in-game, cannot be bought or exchanged for money, and have no cash value. If we add paid features later, we will update these Terms and show prices before you pay.
9. Our content and brand
The Any2Quiz name, logo, design, software, curated quiz banks and Story Quests belong to Any2Quiz or its licensors. You may use them for your own learning and share links to them. Please do not copy, republish or sell them without permission. Third-party images, audio and video are credited where required and remain the property of their owners.
10. Third-party services
The Service uses third-party services such as Google sign-in, Google Analytics and WhatsApp messaging. It does not show ads at the moment. Links to other sites are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content or practices.
11. Availability and changes
We aim to keep the Service running smoothly but cannot promise it will always be available or error-free. We may update, pause or discontinue features. We may also update these Terms; the "Last updated" date shows the latest version, and continued use after a change means you accept it.
12. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for exam results, decisions or outcomes based on content from the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.
13. Ending your use
You can stop using the Service at any time, and ask us to delete your account by emailing any2quiz@gmail.com from your registered address. We may suspend or end access for anyone who breaks these Terms.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
15. Contact and grievances
Questions, complaints or reports about content: any2quiz@gmail.com. We aim to acknowledge complaints within 24 hours and resolve them within 15 days.
